We , my wife and I decided to downsize and move closer to our two adult families about three years ago and started looking for the right place for us. Our daughter took the lead and started the search, exploring the available market, needless to say both of our children encourage the process! After many visits to various homes we just never quite found the right fit. One Saturday about noon our daughter called and said would we like to look at a just on the market unit in the 55&older unit in the Maples in LaPlata Md. ,We said ok and met up with Sarah and two days later we purchased the unit we now happily live in! We then started moving from our home in Indian Head and that property sold the first day on the market.
