Jen is a great real estate agent for many reasons. She is proactive and learns about your needs and wants in a new home with every showing. She listens to your concerns and gets you the information you need to make informed decisions. She doesn't try to sway your opinion on a property. We wanted to find a house with "good bones" and mostly "move-in" ready, but didn't need to have the most shiny, updated features. She was responsive to that and made sure to help us understand the features of a house when we looked at them. Jen is very patient too, willing to answer all of my questions, multiple times! She made sure to involve all family members when talking to us about the house. It was a joy to have Jen as our agent, especially when house hunting in this "insane" market. She kept us sane and had a great outlook on the situation. I plan on recommending her to friends and co-workers and if we need to sell or buy in the future, I will choose Jen again.
