The Susan Romm Team is nothing short of a dream team. The team continuously demonstrates professionalism and demonstrated exemplary teamwork. From the initial consultation to settlement, Brooke made our first home buying experience a breeze always making sure we understood what was going on throughout the process and taking time to explain things.

My significant other and I had a fantastic experience working with everyone on the Susan Romm team. They were extremely responsive and ensured we had all the details needed to make informed decisions throughout the buying and selling process. We decided to buy a newly constructed home and mostly dealt with Brooke. Her amazing attention to detail made sure that nothing was overlooked. Whenever any issues arose, she was quick to advocate on our behalf to make sure we were comfortable during the entire buying process. The Susan Romm team was able to leverage their extensive experience and knowledge of the local market to devise a great marketing strategy for selling our home. Susan provided a thoughtful list of improvements to be made. Part of the marketing strategy was to stage the home to help highlight its best features. We were very impressed by the design choices of the staging and loved how it made the space feel so welcoming. We believe it led to a quick sale!Working with Brooke, Susan, and Crista was an absolute pleasure. Based on our experience working with the Susan Romm team we would be more than happy to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

Moving to Maryland, we found the Susan Romm Team based on their stellar reviews. It was important to us that both Susan and Brooke have a long history in Howard County real estate going back nearly 40 years and both know the area intimately. Both of them took us on a tour of 15 properties in a single day to get familiar with different areas, then we worked primarily with Brooke to pinpoint the perfect home. We were under contract a week later and closed the next month. Enough can't be said about the team's exceptional combination of skill, service, and savvy!
