Selling a house whilst living in another state is not an easy feat. We had less than two weeks to put the house on the market, Cheryl was referred to us by a dear friend who gave us a rundown re her attributes. Upon meeting Cheryl and discussing ways to navigate this process within our short time frame we knew that she was the right person to assist us with this task. Shortly after our meeting we were provided with details of the area, a CMA and gave us guidelines as to how this can be done efficiently and within our time frame. The house was listed the weekend we left Maryland, we received an offer within two days and closed two weeks later. Cheryl is a consummate professional, she pays attention to details and is very patient dealing with clients who are not familiar with the processes. She understands her state and guided us through the different rules and regulations making this process easy for us. We are so thankful that we were able to meet and work with Cheryl and would highly recommend her to any one who's planning to buy or sell in her state.

A mutual friend referred me to Laura. She helped me out when I was trying to find a rental home. She was GREAT!! She was always available to show me homes. I recommend her 100%
