As Personal Representative for my aunt’s estate this was my first time working with a realtor and I had no knowledge of the local market. Ms. DeMattia designed a successful strategy to sell the house quickly and patiently explained each step. She was always available when I had questions. Her extensive knowledge, attention to detail and understanding of the local real estate market and procedures made this stress free. When I thought blockages popped up, she explained the best way to proceed and was right 100% of the time. Her experience working with both sellers and buyers proved to be invaluable.
