It was a pleasure working with Hector Lopez. It was a no-brainer selecting Hector to list my investment property. He was easy and comfortable to work with. He gave me suggestions on upgrades I could add to my house before listing the property to entice sellers to come and bid on my property. His knowledge of the real estate market and how he explains the intricacies of the sales contract gave me a sense of confidence that I would be protected in case a disagreement arose between buyer and seller. I'm very pleased.
