When I needed extra explanation, she patiently and thoroughly helped me understand what was happening, what was not happening and how the road ahead looked. Working with her, we were always aware that our interests were taken into consideration and anything we needed to know about was communicated while at the same time easing us around some discomforting moments in our several month relationship. Selling a house and moving is a scary and upsetting experience. Her attention to detail, willingness to explain and re-explain to make sure we understood was professional, of course, but also supportive and available at the appropriate times.
