He help me get a lender company, and I was approved within the same day, he took care of all the negotiating, inspections set ups, and even found someone to fix what needed to be done. And it didn’t stop after we closed. I still call him and he still takes my call and helps me. He was knowledgeable about all things I didn’t know. He had patience while I asked the same questions. He looked out for me, and what was in my best interest. He took the time to talk to me, learned what I liked and then found my perfect home! Brooks was always available whenever my wife and I had any questions but best of all he made himself available to show us every home we wanted to view and when we wanted to view it . He had a great feel for exactly what we wanted and never once tried to push us in a different direction . Brooks made sure we found a home that met our needs and he went above and beyond to stop over the house and check on the progress of repairs that were in progress and always kept us informed !
