We met Amy through a prior real estate encounter. While she was not our agent for that property, we were very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. After deciding to look at a different property, we called her and asked her to represent us as buyers. She was patient with all our many questions and helpful with various ideas. Throughout the entire transaction, she was actively involved and checking in with us about all the fine details. She coordinated everything we needed to do and actually made the entire process seamless. She was thoughtful to everyone, courteous to the buyers, their agent and the law office. For example, the morning of settlement, we were running about 10 minutes late as the drive from the house (where we did the final walk-through) to the office was delayed considerably due to traffic. I didn't have the where-with-all to call them, though I was anxious about being late, but she did and then texted me that she had notified them. She was thoughtful and just took care of it. That is her in a nut-shell!

Cassandra was very personable. She took my interest as her own & made sure I got everything I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable & readily available to answer any questions I had. She addressed my concerns immediately & never hesitated to make sure I was satisfied before making an offer.
