Brooks was always available whenever my wife and I had any questions but best of all he made himself available to show us every home we wanted to view and when we wanted to view it . He had a great feel for exactly what we wanted and never once tried to push us in a different direction . Brooks made sure we found a home that met our needs and he went above and beyond to stop over the house and check on the progress of repairs that were in progress and always kept us informed ! I would highly recommend Brooks and I promise if I ever do this again I would not even consider using someone else !

When buying a house, there are many things that you look for and she made sure she pointed out all of the things that were great and some of the flaws so I knew what to put my head around. It was a back-and-forth process on which houses would work, which houses wouldn’t work with a tight area and budget restriction. She really went above and beyond and treated me like family. Which is all you can ask for when you’re putting your home and someone else else’s hands. Everything is settled. Everything is great.
