Lori and her team were a delight to work with. From the moment that we met Lori we knew we were in good hands. Our sale was pretty tricky in some ways -- it involved an elder who could not manage his own household and had to rely upon me, a non-local relative -- to sell the home. Lori was ready, willing, and able to step in to provide recommendations, encouragement, and boots on the ground so that we could get the home prepared for sale. She brought to the experience a great array of local contractors who were extremely diligent and reasonably priced. Lori herself worked SO HARD to get the place sold; she did multiple open houses, followed up on all kinds of leads, and helped us think strategically about how best to position the home for a successful sale. Ultimately, the home sold for asking price that was among the highest in the area. Very gratifying experience, and I strongly recommend Lori.

He was very professional in all aspects, very perceptive to what I liked and didn't and open about potential concerns and benefits without pushing me into or out of anything. Gave me honest feedback about properties we looked at and let me form my own opinions. He handled the complications that arose well, reassuring me with updates and information about what the difficulties meant and where they could go. His team I worked with briefly were also professional. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking and would use him again in a heartbeat. Very impressed.

Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. The fact that she left me TV sets and other items convinced me that she was ready to move as soon as possible . Sign a very contented buyer Diane Keaton ( and I'm in great health )
