She stayed in continued contact and made many good suggestions as far as staging and furniture placement, etc. With the elections and being in an area particularly subject to political environment ups & downs, we got the condo sold pretty quickly despite the overall politically-caused pause in number of active buyers and the Holidays. Brendan Crotty is an awesome and helpful real estate agent! He carefully selected homes for us that had our wish list items and within our budget. He was extremely knowledgeable when we had questions (which we had a lot of)!
