He had a great feel for exactly what we wanted and never once tried to push us in a different direction . Brooks made sure we found a home that met our needs and he went above and beyond to stop over the house and check on the progress of repairs that were in progress and always kept us informed ! This was also crucial as we did an online closing. Brian went to each inspection. Our post closing experience was also very special. He now acted also as neighbour, and was a font of advice and information on all the various services that go with maintaining a house.
