Brenda’s not just a realtor, she becomes a friend over the time spent looking for homes and selling homes, she sold one of our homes and she was our realtor when we bought our first home and one thing I definitely want to point out is that she goes above and beyond for each and every one of her clients. She’s always available, always knowledgeable and she does things for her clients that most realtors won’t take the time to do. She’s got the best interest every time and she’s the kindest and sweetest soul you will ever meet!!! Barb McPhail was so helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our home, giving us the support we needed to make decisions along the way with confidence. She was supportive from the beginning of our home purchase journey while we learned about our mortgage options, there along the way as we chose homes to view including pointing out things to look for and asking questions on our behalf, and then when we finally found a home we wanted to purchase she helped us make the offer and guided us through the inspection and closing processes including some septic system issues the seller ended up resolving.
