This was my first experience buying a home so I was not sure exactly what I was doing. Huma was patient with me and helped guide me through the process. At first, I wasn't sure that I would be able to find a townhouse in my price range. I thought I would have to go with a condo, but Huma was able to work a miracle and find the perfect townhouse for me.

Jen was so easy to work with. She shared her knowledge of the homes in the area, the selling process and what we should do to obtain the best price. She had great suggestions and we were able to list our house at a price we were comfortable with. We received multiple offers and wound up settling well above our asking price. The actual sale process was a breeze as well. She walked us through the paperwork and the expected timeline and checked in often to make sure we had no questions or concerns.
