Adam was a skilled and knowledgeable resource who assisted us with every stage of our home sale transaction in May 2022. He was very adept at coming up with a highly accurate market value for our real estate and was exceptional at keeping us updated through different stages of the transaction. We could not imagine trying to do this without his help and will remain truly grateful for his guidance into the future. Although we relocated to a different area, I wish we could enlist his services again in the future.

We met Amy through a prior real estate encounter. While she was not our agent for that property, we were very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. After deciding to look at a different property, we called her and asked her to represent us as buyers. She was patient with all our many questions and helpful with various ideas. Throughout the entire transaction, she was actively involved and checking in with us about all the fine details. She coordinated everything we needed to do and actually made the entire process seamless. She was thoughtful to everyone, courteous to the buyers, their agent and the law office. For example, the morning of settlement, we were running about 10 minutes late as the drive from the house (where we did the final walk-through) to the office was delayed considerably due to traffic. I didn't have the where-with-all to call them, though I was anxious about being late, but she did and then texted me that she had notified them. She was thoughtful and just took care of it. That is her in a nut-shell!

Brian acted as my agent for the purchase of a home in Maple Lawn, Fulton. First and foremost, he earned my my trust and acted with patience, empathy and kept my interests at heart. He is a highly ethical and professional. During the search for a house and the critical process of making a successful offer he was thoughtful and provided careful information on the comparables and pricing. He is highly knowledgeable and has a deep knowledge of the homes in Maple Lawn. Beyond that, he is knowledgeable as a realtor and guided us through the process of preclosing and house inspections. He was utterly meticulous, took time to explain each process, had a time table and online to do schedule as well as written details. As the closing documents emerged, he went through EVERY item to explain what these complicated documents meant. I did not sign off on anything without him explaining what these were. This was also crucial as we did an online closing. Brian went to each inspection. Our post closing experience was also very special. He now acted also as neighbour, and was a font of advice and information on all the various services that go with maintaining a house. Based on my experience with Brian, I believe he would be just as special as a sellers agent.

Carol is knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, caring, kind, and supportive. I could go on for days about how amazing she is. I was blessed to come across her as a realtor and I am beyond thankful for her guidance during a big life purchase. There is no one I’d rather work with when finding a home/property. Carol was patient as I navigated every option. She was there with me through the good and the bad. Her communication throughout the entire process was superb. Her professionalism is beyond belief. My first home purchase took years and Carol stuck by my side through it all. She wanted to make sure I found the perfect fit, no matter the length of time I took to find it. I cannot say enough great things about Carol. She is a one of a kind realtor and we need more of her! She’s absolutely AMAZING.
