From buying our first home and then selling it later, Luba was wonderfully helpful. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and to get us exactly what we wanted. We won't ever find a realtor like her!

Ellie really is one of the best. I’m a difficult market, she priced the house appropriately. She’s never afraid to “get down and dirty” to help a seller. Her communication is prompt. Her negotiation skills are top notch. This is the second time we have used Ellie and could not be happier! We knew we were in great hands and she has the ability to make a stressful thing go very smoothly.

Lisa is the consumate professional. A rarety in a business that often sees amateur agents like our buyers agent was. She and her team are on top of everything. You get information within minutes of it reaching her. You get documents to sign within minutes of any change of terms. She doesn't loose her cool or tell you what to do. Rather she gently guides you through the process whether you are in an easy phase or a more difficult negotiation. If you want a PRO go with Lisa St. Clair-Kimmey!

Rachel helped us buy our house in Bowie in 2004, and she helped us sell it in the fall of 2020. When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. She also arranged for staging and photography when we were ready for the listing to go live. She listened carefully to what our preferences were and did everything she could to get us what we wanted. She was available throughout the process whenever we had questions. We were very happy with the result of her services. We sold our house quickly for an amount that was fair for us and the buyer. We were extremely happy with Rachel's services. We recommend her unreservedly, and the only reason that she didn't help us buy our new house us that we relocated to the Midwest.

Ms. Shawn is the best real estate agent anyone could ask for. She is kind listens to my wants and needs as well as keeping in mind things I never thought of. She takes the time to understand why wants and needs are the way the are how to find the best compromise with your budget. She’s on top of the ball and will be honest if a house while good in theory may not be the best long term and that combination of empathy and honesty is invaluable!
