I was blessed to come across her as a realtor and I am beyond thankful for her guidance during a big life purchase. There is no one I’d rather work with when finding a home/property. Lindsay worked so hard and diligently for us. While selling our previous home. She instructed me on how to stage my rooms to best showcase the house. She took some great photos, booked a couple showings, and a day later it was sold! When looking for our new home, she took us to house after house until we found the perfect one for us to purchase. After running comps she found we could get it for below list price. Lindsay is so good at what she does. She knows the industry and has great drive and commitment that gets your home selling or purchasing done and done well! Plus she is so wonderful to be around during the whole process!

Felicia exceeded expectations as she helped me to navigate through the sales process while acting as an out-of-state estate administrator. Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project.
