Carol is knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, caring, kind, and supportive. I could go on for days about how amazing she is. I was blessed to come across her as a realtor and I am beyond thankful for her guidance during a big life purchase. There is no one I’d rather work with when finding a home/property. Carol was patient as I navigated every option. She was there with me through the good and the bad. Her communication throughout the entire process was superb. Her professionalism is beyond belief. My first home purchase took years and Carol stuck by my side through it all. She wanted to make sure I found the perfect fit, no matter the length of time I took to find it. Carol has two major asserts as far as being a real estate agent. The first is that she listens to what you want as far as where you want to live. Prior agents decided that they know what I wanted more than I did and did not listen to me. I wanted to live in a community with retirees who wanted to do things. She found me a community with over 55 year old residents who were very active and who continually went outside to exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been enjoing. They go to restaurants and other eating establishments as well as super markets to purchase food and necessities for their homes. The current residents take me with them to help me learn about different places and the advantages or detractions of each. The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them. We just bought a house in Sykesville MD as first time homebuyers. Pat is very knowledgeable and professional. Pat has an insight into the local market as well as an in depth knowledge of the whole real estate profession and what is involved in buying and selling property. He did not rush us through any part of the process and took time to explain things to us every step of the way. He is a down to earth and mastered the art of negotiation and was able to help us feel comfortable with the price of our investment. He would always return phone calls and respond to our emails within a timely manner, which is very important to us. He is well connected and was able to get us to help in getting a mortgage, finding reliable home inspector and title company. We are new to the area and because of his help we were able to find an excellent home inspector as well great title company. He arranged almost everything we needed to ensure we close on time. We would highly recommend him and definitely plan to work with him again in the future!

Lindsay worked so hard and diligently for us. While selling our previous home. She instructed me on how to stage my rooms to best showcase the house. She took some great photos, booked a couple showings, and a day later it was sold! When looking for our new home, she took us to house after house until we found the perfect one for us to purchase. After running comps she found we could get it for below list price. Lindsay is so good at what she does. She knows the industry and has great drive and commitment that gets your home selling or purchasing done and done well! Plus she is so wonderful to be around during the whole process!
