This review is long overdue. Shaylynn is a class act realtor, this was my first home and I didn't know A to B in regards to homebuying so I questioned everything. Not only did I have a million questions that she made herself available to answer but I was also extremely picky. Shaylynn held my hand through the whole process and was extremely aggressive when it came down to finding the right properties and working with the sellers when it came down to extending an offer. I am forever grateful for her patience. After being hospitalized with COVID Shaylynn called me while sick in bed and prayed for me right there on the phone. Religion may not be everyone's thing but to know my REALTOR would do wha'ts not required of her and genuinely care says it all for me. Due to being diagonsed with the virus closing became very hard but Shaylynn was able to get me into my house on New Years Eve 2020. What a better way to start the new year, I am forever grateful. Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.
