Craig helped me buy this home 6 years ago; he assisted in finding tenants when I needed to relocate and rent the property; and then he went above and beyond to help me sell this home. I was out of state during the sale, so Craig took care of all the details and kept me informed through the entire process. I can't say enough good things about Craig and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for real estate services in the area.

Stuart is the man! Nothing gets by him. He had us covered every step of the way. Went to bat for us more than once and the deal worked out in our favor. He defines professional. Wish there were more people like him. Saddest part of the experience with him was when it was over and we would no longer have the pleasure of working with him. Our experience with Lise Wosick was top notch during the time of our purchase of land in Port Charlotte. She was very knowledgeable in the area in which we were looking. It helps that an agent knows about the surrounding area, and that was instrumental in our decision. She drove us and toured us around the city and downtown. Susan is excellent at her profession. She kept me abreast of everything, and I had no surprises during our interactions.
