She even brought us flowers at the beginning of the process! She is warm and kind and punctual. She was very observant on walkthroughs and once she knew what we were looking for, recognized properties to steer or guide us toward. Once we decided to move forward with a home, she guided us through the whole process, and was wonderful about answering all our questions. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Louie was a beast! He promised that he would find me the property of my dreams and he did! This included many trips over an hour away, some deep into the mountains with no reception!
