Stuart is the man! Nothing gets by him. He had us covered every step of the way. Went to bat for us more than once and the deal worked out in our favor. He defines professional. Wish there were more people like him. Saddest part of the experience with him was when it was over and we would no longer have the pleasure of working with him. Our experience with Lise Wosick was top notch during the time of our purchase of land in Port Charlotte. She was very knowledgeable in the area in which we were looking. It helps that an agent knows about the surrounding area, and that was instrumental in our decision. She drove us and toured us around the city and downtown.
