I had the pleasure of working with Wendy Mason when I purchased my condo in 2022—and I had no idea where to begin. Wendy was incredibly patient, walking me through the homebuying process with clarity and care. She struck the perfect balance between allowing me to make my own decisions and guiding me away from potential pitfalls. Her knowledge and instincts are spot on. She truly goes above and beyond—when I needed to have my floors redone, Wendy connected me with an excellent company that did a fantastic job. It was no surprise that I turned to her again when I decided to sell the property in 2025. On the selling side, Wendy was just as impressive: proactive, knowledgeable, and fully committed to achieving the best outcome. Wendy works tirelessly—always responsive to emails and phone calls, no matter the hour. She even stepped in to advocate on my behalf when my condo association delayed their turnaround and helped me find a reliable HVAC technician so I could position my home more competitively in the market. Wendy Mason is invaluable. I can't recommend her highly enough. Whether you're buying or selling, you want Wendy on your side.

John work especially hard trying to find me my perfect house. I wasn't the easiest customer I'm sure. His professionalism was always in play. John always kept in mind what I was looking for. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home, his dedication was amazing.
