Denise is an awesome realtor. Extremely helpful in preparing our house to be placed on market. Her suggestions were spot on! We had a full price offer within days of property listing. A few issues prior to closing, but Denise handled each situation professionally. Always kept us fully advised and informed throughout the process. She is a spectacular agent and we highly recommend her.

We had such a great experience working with Nick Badalian. He expertly and patiently walked us through the home buying process, being there each step of the way. He was attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend!

This was not an easy move for my wife and I, we had 20 or so years of stuff we had to either part, sale or move to our new location. Nestor, helped us with all of this from holding garage sales, packing ,and recommending contractors for our current house to movers for our new house. I would have to say Nestor helped us with every aspect of our move including talking me down from an anxiety attack I was having. I have known Nestor probably 10 years or more on a personal level and have kept my eye on him for a buisness decision to sale my home. He made the decision very easy for me as honesty, great perspective and an action based attitude of I can is extremely important and necessary for me to trust someone with such a very important part of my life. The sale of a home is just not financial to us, it is very personal and emotional and I had full trust in Nestor, and this is coming from a person with trust issues. I cannot recommend him enough, my wife and I are very satisfied with the sale of our home and now live in our dream home in an excellent neighborhood we have always imagined, and Nestor made all of this happen. I did not have to worry about the sale or the negotiation of our new home as I new we were in very experienced and extremely competent hands. The communication also was excellent and I have to mention this because its very important to me. If you are considering selling or buying a home, Nestor is the man to go to period, and you will be very satisfied with the results he helps you achieve, I know we are!

Jennifer is an amazing agent. Very professional and very helpful when getting the property ready to sell. She brought an amazing amount on knowledge to the process. We had some issues on my side with last minute issues that could have derailed our closing. She worked with me closely to ensure we were able to close. Oh and best part. She got us more than asking and more than we thought we would get. Thank you Jennifer!
