I love Tineshia and her work. She is a wonderful Real Estate Agent. I met her before the pandemic started and I had a very difficult renter living in my property. Tineshia was always professional, she gave her professional opinion in a very kind way, and she never let anything ruffle the feathers of our working relationship; when it came to selling my house in Baltimore, MD. She is a licensed agent in several states and the Nation Capital; so I do not have to keep looking for an agent to sell me my next anything and that is another thing that I like about Tineshia.

My experience with Michelle was a pleasant one. We were first time home buyers and a little hesitant to talk to anyone because we didn't know anything about the process. Michelle was our first contact when we began our home searches. We met over a phone call and had a good enough impression to move forward with her. Upon meeting her in person, we felt very comfortable. Her office is downtown and it is a very nice one, too. As our relationship grew, we felt as if she was our friend guiding us along. Now, I can say she is truly our friend. Toward the end of the home buying process I had all confidence in her, she knew the area, knew what we were looking for and honestly, I felt she was out for us and not out for herself. All I can say is I am very happy I picked her! I would like to add she greatly helped with all the steps through the process, from the home inspection to the title company and even letting us know the trash/recycling pick-up times at out new home.
