She was excellent at communicating through out the process. We even chatted about communication style and preference very early in the process. She had a suggestion of a person to help me with everything in the process from lawyer, home inspector, even an electrician. While she was more than willing to share her suggestions, I never felt the need to use them. So a good balance of helpful and not too pushy.

We appreciate the effort that Kat and Erica put into getting us the best possible offer on the house. They communicated with us every step of the way through phone calls, texts, and emails. Any questions that we had were answered expeditiously. We highly recommend Team Kat and Erica.

Natalie was excellent. My wife and I felt overwhelmed trying to buy in a competitive market, and she guided us through every step. She was always easy to reach, warm in every conversation, and clearly knows the market. She pointed out features we would have missed and helped us weigh our options. She even caught a leak under the sink that no one else noticed. In the end, she found us a house that checked every box and exceeded our expectaitons.
