As first time homebuyers the thought of everything that goes into this process was very intimidating to say the least. From the very beginning she was incredibly accommodating, and always available to answer any questions we had about potential properties or what we needed to do to be ready for purchasing. She was also very patient, never pressuring us into any decision we were not comfortable with and made sure we understood our options every step of the way.
