Joanne is the best real estate agent I've ever experienced. Joanne understands the market greatly, she is hands on with her clients other professionals in the industry. She truly knows how to keep the property active in order to sell it, vs, just listing it. I've had other agents who will list a property and never speak to the client again. Joanne truly is not this type. She is active on a daily basis in making sure the right purchaser is found for your property. She works very hard to make sure your property is visible on the market, to as many potential buyers as possible. She goes over and above all other agents in exploring the market, especially if you have a unique property that may not exactly fit into a cookie cutter. This is a real talent for a sales agent! Her knowledge and expertise far exceeds all other agents I've ever worked with. Under pressure from the market, Joanne is steadfast and is not afraid to set a trend or the standard for the market. Joanne has a people talent as well as sales talent. She had my home sold in short order. Without sounding too redundant, Joanne, "works" to find potential buyers, its like a breath of fresh air when you have such talent on your home. Mrs. Dena is an absolute gift and pleasure to work with! My entire family relocated from Washington State a few months ago, and the process was very overwhelming to say the least.
