It's always a pleasure to work with Connie. She had helped us buy our first house in an absolutely disastrous market in 2022, and we knew we wanted to work with her again in this much better market for a forever home. Connie was excellent at identifying and navigating both a buyer's and seller's market, and was able to help us get the home we wanted for a good price. She was very patient, responsive, and knowledgeable, making us very comfortable asking any questions. She was also willing to come to bat for us in negotiations, while keeping us up-to-date throughout. She is absolutely a realtor that has the client's best interests in mind through the entire process of home buying. We look forward to continuing to work with her to sell our current property.

Erica was amazing....she literally helped my 84 year old mother prep our farm house...ran showings on Sunday....worked really really hard and smart. She is an excellent negotiator and always pleasnt and cheerful. I highly recomend her.
