I chose to work with Holly Worthington from ERA in the sale of my house. Holly sent a photographer out to take photos and then Holly listed our home Snd within hours we had multiple viewing scheduled for the next day. There were many interested parties in purchasing the home and after 4 hours and several offers the home was pulled off the market and under contract. The process was easy and Holly prepared all documents and paperwork to make for a smooth transition of selling the home. I appreciate all of Holly Worthington’s hard work to prep for the sale of our home. This was not the first time I used Holly to sell or purchase a home and I will continue to use her in all my real estate ventures.
