Gretchen was very knowledgable, proffessional as well as organized and attentive

When pricing our home sale Gretchen had done a market analysis to determine where we should begin with pricing competitively. After showing our concern that the price seamed a bit high she assured us we would know how it was going pretty quickly and be able to adjust within the first month. We were so excited when others felt it was competitive and sure enough there was interest and an offer just over a week after listing.
