This review is long overdue. Shaylynn is a class act realtor, this was my first home and I didn't know A to B in regards to homebuying so I questioned everything. Not only did I have a million questions that she made herself available to answer but I was also extremely picky. Shaylynn held my hand through the whole process and was extremely aggressive when it came down to finding the right properties and working with the sellers when it came down to extending an offer. I am forever grateful for her patience. After being hospitalized with COVID Shaylynn called me while sick in bed and prayed for me right there on the phone. Religion may not be everyone's thing but to know my REALTOR would do wha'ts not required of her and genuinely care says it all for me. Due to being diagonsed with the virus closing became very hard but Shaylynn was able to get me into my house on New Years Eve 2020. What a better way to start the new year, I am forever grateful. She explained all processes in detail each step of the way. She always had our best interest at heart. It didn't matter what time of the day it was, she was always there to answer any questions we had. She even followed with us after the process was over just to see if there was anything else she could do for us. She was always polite, curious and professional. Ciara made us feel very comfortable.
