He was very adept at coming up with a highly accurate market value for our real estate and was exceptional at keeping us updated through different stages of the transaction. As the closing documents emerged, he went through EVERY item to explain what these complicated documents meant. I did not sign off on anything without him explaining what these were. This was also crucial as we did an online closing. Brian went to each inspection. Our post closing experience was also very special. He now acted also as neighbour, and was a font of advice and information on all the various services that go with maintaining a house. Based on my experience with Brian, I believe he would be just as special as a sellers agent.
