Heather was so easy to work with especially for a first time home buyer! I had no idea what I wanted at first, except bigger and affordable. Bigger is easy enough in this market, but affordable is a challenge. Heather kept me up to date with new listings, got me in to see every place I was interested in, and when I found the right one, made sure my offer was competitive and in line with the appraisal value. My new home was a hot property and the bidding was fast and furious, but Heather was on top of it. We quickly revised my offer as the bidding heated up and were happily under contract within one day of the condominium coming on the market. She kept me on track with the walk through making sure I didn't miss the faulty dishwasher and negotiated with the seller for enough for me to replace it. No home buying story is complete without a little drama. My mortgage company approved the loan quickly, but then got snagged on some paperwork right before closing. I was worried, but Heather was there every step of the way advising and advocating for me with the mortgage company and the seller. The paperwork got completed with literally minutes to spare, and I raced to the title company. Heather was there with a giant gift bag ready to go.

Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.
