Always there when I needing anything, very detailed I never felt lost during the process . Mary is truly the best .

I have lived in my home for 32 years and was ready to downsize now that the children are grown. This was my first time ever selling property, but Timothy held my hand through the entire process, even when various challenges arose. Timothy is very knowledgeable and was patient with me as I stumbled at times through the process. He even threw in a few incentives to help push the deal through. My home was priced right, and I received an offer within 10 days after it was listed. Night or day, he answered my calls regardless of how small the question may have seemed. Timothy is a true professional! I thoroughly enjoyed working with him, and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
