This is the second time I have worked with Susan over a period of 14 years. Both times she was very thorough, and competent. We felt we were in safe hands. I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.

She accessed my home and gave me suggestions about things I could do to get my home ready to show and get top dollar for it. Potential buyers made positive comments about the updates I did to my home based on my agent's suggestions. She walked me through the whole process, it was great! My agent was very knowledgeable and supportive, she made selling my home a wonderful experience! The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal!
