10/10 experience knows the market snd will negotiate the best deal for you

Our experience with her has truly been nothing short of amazing. This is the third time we’ve used her in our journey. She goes above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the process is explained and sorted out. She truly has your best interest at heart. Thank you for your expertise.

We used Jeff as our realtor to sell our house in Laurel, Maryland. We have 2 children under 4 and we were nervous that it would really hard to keep the house showing ready. Jeff built our showing schedule to get as many people into the house in a single weekend. At the end the weekend, we got 18 offers on the house and received above our asking price. Not having to worry about staging the house multiple times made everything so much easier. Jeff was also so helpful in telling us what we needed to do to prep the house and it made the whole process so much less stressful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to sell a house! We also used Jeff when we purchased our first home and his advice was invaluable. We were able to find a wonderful house where we were happy for 6 years!
