She is smart, knowledgeable,dilligent, courteous and thorough. I never worried about all of the documentation being correct. She listened when I thought we should not accept an offer, and she continued to work with the the other party to get my wishes across. We walked away only to be pursued by the client. We were fortunate to meet Joel early in our home search, and we could not have asked for a better relator! He is incredibly thoughtful, knowledgable, and detail-oriented -- we could count on Joel to follow-up with every moving part and keep us updated throughout. Even closing on our home in the midst of a pandemic, Joel was in touch with local police and closely following every directive out of the governor's office to ensure we were staying within guidelines -- he brought calm and certainly to a very stressful situation. Chris helped our family through the HPAP process. As first time home buyers we asked a lot of him and required a lot of his time. He was always very understanding and would do pretty much anything we asked of him. We were very demanding all along the process but never once did he lose patience with us. Chris was creative in finding a way to get us into the home that had all of our must haves. He will do anything (within his power) to get a deal done! Please choose him as your agent if you don't want to deal with a typical snooty DC agent but someone who is down to earth and ready to get past every hurdle the HPAP process brings along. Without him I don't think our family would now be living in a home better than what we hoped for!
