Her advice was always honest, insightful and kind and she worked around the clock to get us settled into our new home. She was never pushy- we knew from day one she wanted us in a home that we would truly love, even though it took time to find. She is extremely knowledgeable- and once the home was purchased she kept up with us to make sure we found people for the few repairs needed, and gave insight on which utility providers would be best for our neighborhood. I could not give her a higher recommendation, we found her to be completely delightful to work with every step of the way. We will always be so grateful to her.

My experience with Redfin agent Jack Mager was very good. I would like to give 4.5 stars, but it's not possible! He responded promptly to my inquiry and setup a consultation. There was great care in the presentation and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. I never felt rushed, uneasy or as if I was making the wrong decision. Showings went very well and home sold in 3 days. He followed thru on everything and kept me informed.
