Selling a home isn't easy, but our realtor made it easy for us and was intimately involved in the preparation and details needed to sell the house, often going out of his way to accommodate our requests and profferring ideas when we ran out of ideas. The house took a bit longer to sell than was anticipated, although no fault of the agent, it's just the nature of the business dealing with buyers, but we were able to sell the following month after an offer fell through. All in all, a very good agent to use. No question about it.
