We just bought a house in Sykesville MD as first time homebuyers. Pat is very knowledgeable and professional. Pat has an insight into the local market as well as an in depth knowledge of the whole real estate profession and what is involved in buying and selling property. He did not rush us through any part of the process and took time to explain things to us every step of the way. He is a down to earth and mastered the art of negotiation and was able to help us feel comfortable with the price of our investment. He would always return phone calls and respond to our emails within a timely manner, which is very important to us. He is well connected and was able to get us to help in getting a mortgage, finding reliable home inspector and title company. We are new to the area and because of his help we were able to find an excellent home inspector as well great title company. He arranged almost everything we needed to ensure we close on time. Eddie was our selling agent, he helped us get ready to list our house, brought in a home stager, and we ended up going under contract within 4 days of being on the market.
