Brian acted as my agent for the purchase of a home in Maple Lawn, Fulton. First and foremost, he earned my my trust and acted with patience, empathy and kept my interests at heart. He is a highly ethical and professional. During the search for a house and the critical process of making a successful offer he was thoughtful and provided careful information on the comparables and pricing. He is highly knowledgeable and has a deep knowledge of the homes in Maple Lawn. Beyond that, he is knowledgeable as a realtor and guided us through the process of preclosing and house inspections. He was utterly meticulous, took time to explain each process, had a time table and online to do schedule as well as written details. As the closing documents emerged, he went through EVERY item to explain what these complicated documents meant. I did not sign off on anything without him explaining what these were. This was also crucial as we did an online closing. Brian went to each inspection. Our post closing experience was also very special. He now acted also as neighbour, and was a font of advice and information on all the various services that go with maintaining a house. Based on my experience with Brian, I believe he would be just as special as a sellers agent.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would! Trudy has been working with me for over a year as this was an estate sale. James was a phenomenal agent, representing us in the sale of our home. He was very thorough going through our home, making recommendations on where to spend money and time to prepare the home for sale. He was diligent in finding comps and explaining whatprice he believed we should list our house. We discussed strategies for pricing to increase our potential buyers market. He was very familiar with our larger neighborhood and our style of house. He kept us updated as we went through the process and had a great marketing plan to increase interest in the house. When we did go live with the listing, James gave us great suggestions for how we should entertain offers and whether or not we should set a deadline. When offers started to come in, he broke them down to make them easy for us to understand them. He went through and let us know which offers were stronger than others and WHY they were stronger or weaker. James was incredibly patient and took the time to explain things whenever we had questions. He was able to negotiate a very favorable rent back for us, since the house sold much quicker (and for over asking price) than we anticipated! He was very calm and reassuring through the whole process. He was amazing helping us navigate the emotions of selling our family home, where we raised our children. There were some hiccups from the buyers during the process, not at all due to anything that James missed, but he gave us great guidance on what we legally could do, as well as giving us some guidance on what he believed was the morally right thing to do. After the sale of the home, James continued to check on us and encourage us. We could not have asked for a better agent and STRONGLY recommend James. In fact, we have a family member who was so impressed with our experience that they hired James to sell their condo as well. You will not regret hiring James.
