We finally made an offer to a listing just 2 days in the market and the seller accepted! Our strategy moving forward was to go through each phase, analyzing each move. Juston helped us feel confident about each decision we made throughout the process. There were challenges involved, especially when the inspection report came back and we had to replace all water pipes. Juston negotiated with the seller's agent and got concessions towards repairs. Prior to that he also pushed for help in closing costs. We were excited when our appraisal came back higher than our purchase price. Through constant and open comminication, we were able to close within a month.
