I was am starting a new renting business and was looking to purchase another rental property that I will be living in the next couple years. Shayna was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to tell me about a lot of the townhome areas whether she thought they would be a good fit or not for my goal. She was super personable and I never felt like I couldn’t just shoot a text off with my ongoing questions and concerns. I highly recommend her if you want a lifeline during this whole big scary process! She’s always willing to help in any way she could.
