We followed the “best practice” advice of interviewing with three agents before making a decision. We picked Ashira because she knew the market, the area and listened to what we wanted. One of the other agents suggested a price more than 25K less than the asking price Ashira recommended. Ashira was responsive when we had any questions. And her assistant Amanda was an excellent and knowledgeable back-up. When we were negotiating with our buyer, Ashira made some smart recommendations that allowed our buyer to afford the house and provide us the highest sales price. We made a great choice when we decided to work with Ashira. She was extremely competent, appropriately aggressive and a pleasure to work with. We would be delighted to work with her again in the future.

She was a great support throughout the process of finding the home we wanted. She was especially helpful in finding a house in our desired location in the Columbia area. She was attentive, patient, and trustworthy at every step of the process. Her friendly, kind, and sincere approach made us feel very comfortable. I would happily recommend her to anyone.
