This year I was lucky enough to be able to buy my first home! Buying a house in general, but especially you first one, is a stressful process and there was a lot that I didn’t know. Luckily I had Stella as my realtor. Stella was there for me every step of the process. She provided me all the information that I needed, answered all of my questions, advocated for me, and offered emotional support through any stress that occurred during the process. For Stella it is not just about selling the home, it is about connecting with the buyer and helping them achieve their dreams. Stella was excited for me in this process and congratulated me on each step we achieved. Besides supporting me through the house buying process, she also made recommendations for services that I might need which was incredibly helpful. She also helped me get to know my new neighborhood, driving me around to see the restaurants, stores, and parks/other attractions in my area. For instance, when we looked at a home she would inspect the AC units, the basement to make sure no moisture had come in, the roofs, the gutters, and all the important components of a house. She is authentic and is really there to help you through the process. She doesn't rush you through any decisions and she makes sure that you know all the things about the house before you decide if it is right for you. She even came to the inspections with us. When my husband and I found the home we knew was for us, Jenny even waited for my parents to stop by and see the house as well. She took time out of her personal schedule to help us. She is an amazing real estate agent and became our friend during the process. When we decide to sell our home in the future and buy a new one, she will be the first person we call!
