Kalethia was an amazing real estate agent throughout my home-buying journey. We searched for nearly a year and a half, and she remained patient, responsive, and willing to see multiple properties in a day. Her experience and attention to detail were invaluable—she always gave honest feedback and would never let me settle for a property or conditions she wouldn’t accept herself. I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart rather than simply trying to close a deal. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated agent who will advocate for you throughout the entire process, I highly recommend Kalethia!

Working with Mr. Kobi made the home-buying process much easier. He knows the area very well and helped me find neighborhoods that fit both my lifestyle and budget. His knowledge about schools, commute times, and future plans for the area gave me a lot of confidence in my choice. He communicated clearly and always kept me updated, so I never felt lost in the process. He also worked well with the seller’s agent, which helped keep negotiations smooth and made sure my offer was taken seriously. He also gave me very helpful advice about loan options and connected me with resources that saved me both money and stress. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

We have had Cindy for three real-estate transactions and she has proven to be a reliable advocate for us. She is knowledgeable, proactive, and always keeps her clients interests in mind. For these reasons we highly recommend her services especially to first time buyers. We initially hired Cindy when we were buying our first house. As first time buyers we were very confused by the complex process and had used multiple agents before Cindy, however we found them reluctant to give us advice or to explain the process to us. Cindy, on the other hand, was extremely helpful to us and was always willing to go above and beyond to explain the things that were happening and the implications of various decisions we could make. The current real-estate markets is highly unusual, and Cindy recently helped us navigate this market to a successful purchase. This complexity was compounded by our specific requirements with two children and frequently-visiting grandparents. This required a significant time investment in finding properties that fit our budget and space requirements, with constantly fluctuating prices, as well as showing these properties to us. In the end we came away with a home that fit all of our needs. Most recently, Cindy helped us rent out one of our properties. She suggesting some common things to do to improve the property as well as a market-compatible monthly rent. Then she was able to list the property and quickly find us highly qualified renters. Overall we are highly please with Cindy's performance on all of our transactions would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an agent. Her expertise, and willingness to provide it when asked, makes her ideal for new buyers. Her dynamic skill-set is perfect for experienced buyers looking to navigate the complicated post-pandemic market we are currently in.
