I had a great experience working with Ann on the sale of an investment property in Fells Point. Ann was incredibly responsive from the outset and provided great advice. Throughout the entire negotiation and closing process, Ann handled issues as they arose as quickly as possible. When I buy or sell again, there is no question as to who my Realtor will be.

Ann was an amazing agent! She listened to me, helped me through the home buying process and was great at communicating. She gently reminded me of upcoming events, processes and information I needed to obtain for my home loan. She is calm and professional. She was readily available to show homes and treated me with respect and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience!

I get quick response from Ms. Ann, every time and she was straight with me about what we can get within my price range. She was present for every aspect off the purchase inspection, making sure every request has been meet by the seller. She made my experience a very good one as a first time buyer i really do enjoy and appreciate house shopping and buying with her.
