Despite going to look at probably 100s of homes with us, Steve convinced us NOT to settle, and shortly thereafter, we found the most perfect home that checked all of the boxes. Steve & Jodi were both super responsive, flexible, and personable. They truly looked out for us during this process and didn't recommend crazy high offers, even when we felt desperate enough to do it. They really keep clients in mind first & the companies they recommend/work with are also first class. Our experience couldn't have been better!

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.
