Katie and Betsey know the market WELL. This was fundamentally important to me- I wanted agents that knew the market intimately so I could make a competitive offer once I found "my house." Katie and Betsey know Ruxton, Homeland, Roland Park, Lutherville-Timonium and beyond so well and they have GREAT connections with other agents. They will often hear weeks ahead of time whether a house is about to go on the market. I seriously love them and would buy my next house with them- but I'm never moving again!! Oh, and they make house hunting so much fun!

When we were negotiating with our buyer, Ashira made some smart recommendations that allowed our buyer to afford the house and provide us the highest sales price.
